SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA // Reece Carter is the Co-Founder of Sport Design Australia, a culture-first creative agency specialising in sports branding, content, design and storytelling. Since launching the agency in 2022, Reece has worked with leagues including the NFL, NBA, global broadcasters including ESPN, Prime Video, Paramount+, and iconic teams such as the New Zealand All Blacks and Las Vegas Raiders. With more than 15 years working across social media, content, creative and communications, Reece’s career has been built around one thing: creating work that fans genuinely care about. Before founding Sport Design Australia, he spent seven seasons at the National Rugby League as Senior Social Content Manager, helping shape one of Australia’s largest sporting social media ecosystems and leading content strategy for the most watched sport in Australia. A journalism graduate from the University of Wollongong, Reece combines an editorial mindset with a deep understanding of sport, branding, visual identity and digital culture.
