PLAYA VISTA, USA // Reggie Saunders has over twenty years of experience in public relations and marketing within the sports and entertainment industries. After beginning his career with the Baltimore Orioles in public relations and community affairs, Reggie transitioned to the prestigious NFL Washington “Commanders”. Reggie served as the Assistant Director of Public Relations and acted as owner Jack Kent Cooke’s personal public relations official. During his tenure with Mr. Cooke and the “Commanders”, Reggie assisted Mr. Cooke heralding his life-long dream of a new stadium for his beloved “Commanders”. Reggie sought to socialize and enrich project developments with the media, community officials, and various government arms to ensure that the stadium project would be a successful venture that was fully supported.

Reggie departed the Washington “Commanders” and segued into the NFL League office in NY, NY where he was the Assistant Director of Youth Events and was responsible for sponsor’s activation with Gatorade Punt, Pass and Kick, the Ford Inner City Program for Youth, Jr. Player Development Program and the NFL Flag program presented by Nike. Additional experience within league offices was to come when Reggie became involved with the National Basketball Association and the new NBDL (National Basketball Development League). Reggie was responsible for the league’s brand development and led the charge to market and gain valuable sponsorships and alliances that are still present throughout the league.
After a substantial career in sports marketing, Reggie went to work in the entertainment industry with Midway Games as the Director of Licensing where he interpreted all of the league licenses and contracts for cover athletes. Reggie also managed the licensing of musicians through major labels….Next steps took Reggie to Los Angeles to a leading marketing and communications firm (Bragman Nyman Cafarelli) where he transferred all of his prior skills and knowledge to lead the ever changing world of entertainment marketing with clients such as Jordan, T-Mobile, GM, Sony PlayStation and more. The position required not only keen business acumen and vision but also required Reggie to provide clients with purposeful fit and placement within the progressive entertainment industry.
This last stop has been the most gratifying in terms of business conduct as Reggie joined the Jordan Brand (div of Nike). A role created specifically for Reggie as the Director of Influencer Marketing took shape early in 2007 and now as the Vice President of Entertainment Marketing (Global). Reggie is formulating and erecting the Jordan brand with synergy and energy to move the brand toward the future through events, collaborations, relationships with Team Jordan Athletes such as Travis Scott, Billie Ellish, J Balvin and DJ Khaled, Rema, Teyana Taylor to name a few.. Reggie has been shaping many key initiatives of the brand through his valuable alliances and knowledge management of the entertainment landscape. An Global strategic branding development role has also presented itself during Reggie’s tenure for the Jordan Brand which has led to the Jordan brand EXTENDING JORDAN BRAND DIMENSIONS CONNECTING NEW AUDIENCES THROUGH PRODUCT AND BRAND INNOVATION GLOBALLY.

Reggie’s last (12) years have also been fulfilled by his passion to teach becoming an adjunct professor at University of Central Florida, Orlando Fla. while co-teaching an undergraduate business management class “The Role of Business Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Sport and Entertainment”.
