Her career includes work at top-tier agencies across North America and Europe, deepening her connection to culture, people, and the global advertising landscape. She has lead development of campaigns for both HCP & DTC for major healthcare brands including Johnson & Johnson, GSK, Sanofi, Pfizer, Organon, Novartis and AstraZeneca. Beyond the agency world, she has been a long-time instructor at the Miami Ad School in both Europe and North America, where she has mentored and developed emerging creative talent. Driven by a passion for health and wellness, Rhea is committed to merging science and creativity to improve lives and inspire meaningful change.
