BRISTOL, UK // Sam began her career over 20 years ago, working at global agencies such as BBH and J Walter Thompson alongside brands like Smirnoff, Boots, and Kelloggs. At the time, she was one of only 5 females in a creative department of 72 people. This experience shaped her. And now, she advocates for gender equality, consistently pushing for more senior female creatives in the industry.
Following her successful stint in consumer advertising, Sam took a leap into the world of healthcare communications, joining agencies such as Grey Healthcare and Woolley Pau, to name a few. Since then, she has been dedicated to raising the bar in an industry once seen as the poor cousin of consumer advertising. As a result, she has become known for creative ideas that challenge the norms of healthcare communications. And the accolades speak for themselves: Sam has racked up over 40 PM Society and Best of Health awards along the way, and she currently serves as a juror for the PM Awards and Clios.
Despite her track record of crafting exceptional creative ideas, Sam maintains that her two sons are her best creations to date. She now lives in the South West England with her family, having moved across the country throughout her career, consistently breaking barriers and chasing dreams.
