Her journey began as Nando’s Youngest Hot Young Designer in 2015, where she created bespoke, upcycled light fixtures featured globally in Nando’s restaurants, gaining recognition in the Chicago Tribune and on ABC News.

Drawn to solution-thinking, storytelling, and the sales side of creativity, she majored in Copywriting at Vega School, where she earned a D&AD New Blood award, while freelancing for Visi magazine.

She went on to join Grid Worldwide, working on top global and African brands like FNB, MTN, Marble Group, and Hyundai. Her work has been recognised by D&AD, Bookmark, New Generation, Assegai Integrated Marketing Awards, and Loeries, where she ranked among the Top 30 Copywriters in Africa and the Middle East in 2022. A 2024 D&AD New Blood juror and student mentor, Tulsha currently freelances, working on brands in the skincare, fashion, and automotive spaces.
