NEW YORK, USA // Vik is a creative marketing leader in healthcare for almost 20 years. He has launched and elevated Life Sciences brands from gene therapy to new classes in oncology, immunology, cardiology and more across almost every therapeutic area. He currently leads creative and brand strategy at Accenture Song Life Sciences, where he has helped shape a new approach to creative strategy for pharmaceutical and med tech clients.
Prior to Accenture Song, he worked in various advertising networks, and also led marketing and content for a healthcare technology startup that displayed relevant content in waiting rooms, exam rooms and infusion rooms across the country. There, he established a content strategy that included partnerships like Headspace for mindfulness, Verywell for general health information, TedMed for health endemic content, and so much more. This type of holistic approach to health, is what he feels will lead to better outcomes.
Vik also recently completed his EMBA and MS in Healthcare Leadership at Cornell University, where he shared a classroom with healthcare providers, policy makers, Life Sciences marketers, consultants and more. He’s applying his experience at Cornell towards the work he’s been leading at Accenture Song.
