The first meteorological data showing the real cold felt by homeless people. To prove that the cold felt by homeless people is much harsher, the São Paulo Red Cross created a new data point for the city’s weather forecasts: the Thermal Sensation of Urgency. This is the first data that measures the cold felt by these people, showing that not everyone experiences cold in the same way.
