Every six minutes, someone disappears in Brazil. While AI is often seen as a threat, Piracanjuba used it to reunite families. Partnering with Instituto Mães da Sé, they combined AI and aging techniques to update portraits of people missing for years or even decades. These images were printed on millions of milk cartons, reaching even remote areas. The initiative sparked a national conversation on AI for good—and in just months, it helped find eight missing people.
