To effectively deliver the campaign’s message, we selected a student from an elementary school with only one incoming first grader. As this was a live sports event, we clearly communicated the nature of the event in advance and obtained full consent from both the child and their guardian. Given the sensitivity of the low birth rate issue, we took a fact-based and cautious approach throughout the process.
Since precise coordination was essential to avoid disrupting match operations, we conducted rehearsals and carefully planned the child’s movements on the field. To ensure the child’s emotional comfort, we also arranged time for interaction with the players beforehand, helping to build a sense of familiarity and ease.
To reach the 22,000 spectators in the stadium, we installed X-banners and A-boards throughout the venue to promote the campaign. The escort kid’s entrance was broadcast live, and the campaign video was shared in real time across social media platforms—extending its impact far beyond the stadium.
