For Sabrina Carpenter’s Short N’ Sweet Tour, Cash App created and led an immersive fan activation that brought the tour experience into everyday spaces. Inspired by her 2024 #1 hit “Espresso,” the Short N’ Sweet Café pop-ups transformed women- and minority-owned Square seller coffee shops into vibrant, tour-themed destinations—giving fans a meaningful way to celebrate the tour, even without a ticket.
Each café featured exclusive drinks, limited-edition merch, and real-world perks for Cash App Visa cardholders. Thousands of fans lined up for hours to experience the activation and share their visit online—turning lines into moments of cultural currency.
To drive national buzz, VIP preview events invited creators and celebrities to generate high-impact social content. The campaign reached 7,500+ attendees, 483 million earned media impressions, and over 63 million social impressions.
By partnering with local Square sellers, the activation also supported small businesses—reinforcing Cash App’s commitment to economic empowerment. The Short N’ Sweet Cafés became a standout example of how brands can authentically connect music, commerce, and culture through immersive storytelling.
