The TV Licensing campaign showcases the unique way great television connects people through shared, emotional experiences. At its heart are four films featuring classic protagonists and antagonists who unexpectedly bond over a mutual love of a BBC show - illustrating how TV creates moments of unity, even between the most unlikely characters.
Each execution drops the viewer into a scene from a faithfully recreated dramatic genre – from a Dickensian street to a dystopian alien invasion, a tense police raid to a gothic stately home complete with resident vampire and hunter. At first glance, these films appear to be trailers for prestige dramas. But as the stories unfold, intrigue gives way to connection, revealing a shared obsession with a beloved TV moment.
