“Summon the Wave” is the LA Clippers’ 2024 Intro Experience—a pregame film created for the revolutionary acre-sized Halo Board inside Intuit Dome. With musical score by oscar-winning composer Hans Zimmer, the film traces the Clippers’ journey from humble beginnings to a new era in Inglewood, weaving together the history of basketball in Los Angeles with the future embodied by young athletes across the city. Building to an adrenaline-pumping superhero-style sequence featuring the roster, the piece culminates in the summoning of the wave—an unforgettable crescendo of sound, visuals, and energy that can only be experienced live, together, at Intuit Dome.
