“SO-SO SPINS TOKYO” brings together the artist, SO-SO, a two-time beatbox champ, singer-songwriter, with the BOSS Loop Station, the state-of-the-art mixing and looping machine, to create an epic audio experience that transforms every trip through and around Tokyo on the Yamanote train line, the world’s most ridden train line with 9 million daily passengers. 30 unique tracks were crafted to be heard while traveling between the 30 different stops, each tune reflecting the culture of the neighborhood, including sampled sounds from each station area, with each song perfectly timed to be in sync with each train’s departure and arrival. The result was a train ride looping through Tokyo where travelers can experience the surrounding culture of the neighborhood they’re traveling through.
