Since its debut in 1956, Eurovision Song Contest has become one of the most iconic events in global entertainment. With over 200 million viewers tuning in each year, it’s a cultural phenomenon that unites audiences through music, diversity and celebration.
For the 2025 edition, we were tasked with creating the first comprehensive sonic identity in the 69-year history of Eurovision, debuting at the 2025 edition in Switzerland and adaptable for all future hosts.
When it comes to Eurovision, sound is everything. Which is why MassiveMusic, together with the European Broadcasting Union, sought a sound that honoured Eurovision's origins while feeling modern, joyful and inclusive.
What we created is something that represents unity and diversity, captures the excitement of the live shows, and remains flexible for future editions.
Drawing inspiration from the brand platform “Unity Shapes Love,” we created the sonic DNA “See You Radiate.” The composition blends Swiss culture with contemporary electronic beats, weaving in unexpected melodic twists that mirror the surprises of the contest itself. From a memorable sonic logo to voting cues and seamless transition elements, every sound was strategically designed to not only function as a consistent yet adaptable brand asset but spark anticipation, sustain emotional connection, and remain unmistakably Eurovision.
