The Kansas City Chiefs are on a mission to rally and recruit new fans worldwide, starting with their season opener in Brazil. So instead of creating an ad, the Chiefs created a record label. Introducing “Red Kingdom BR.” The Chiefs tapped Brazilian superstar Luísa Sonza to re-imagine Tech N9ne’s KC fan classic “Red Kingdom” as a funk/trap dance anthem, recorded fully in her iconic style, in Portuguese. And the result was a full-on Brazilian banger. Released blindly as a pure single, then revealing the partnership in a cinematic music video, KC leveraged Luísa’s enormous reach to convert tens of millions of Luísa fans into Chiefs fans, with one culture-melding track. 100% Brazilian. 100% Kansas City. 100% breakthrough sonic branding.
