We worked with director Spike Jonze to find the perfect tracks to illustrate Pedro Pascal’s character as he navigates an emotional journey of moving on after a breakup. As he activates his Airpods4 with active noise cancellation “Conticinio“ by Guitarricadelafuente, plays and his world flips from a sad winter day to a magical world where everything becomes part of the music. Pascal sees a happier version of himself across the street and he sees a glimmer of hope. “Perfect” by Sam i & Tropkillaz (feat. Bia & MC Pikachu) begins and again his world is flipped into a vibrant, joyful group dance where he dances and sings “you’re perfect, now work it”. We return to “Conticinio“ as the two Pedros nod each other, showing that there is hope after heartbreak.
