The creative idea was simple: don’t explain the product, show what it can do in the real world.
OMNI isn’t just a medical device. It’s a tool for daily autonomy, available without prescription.
So instead of a campaign, we launched a live test: “Omnilivery.” We turned wheelchair users into Uber Eats couriers
in Paris, one of the hardest cities to move through.
Every delivery became live proof of how effective, fast, and intuitive OMNI is.
No scripts. No sets. Just people using the product under pressure.
The idea was to prove that if OMNI can handle the city’s toughest mobility challenges, it can work for anyone,
anywhere.
And if users could succeed in one of the most physical urban jobs, they could do anything.
A creative idea that made the OTC product visible, desirable, and instantly trusted. We started by casting real wheelchair users facing daily mobility challenges in Paris.
Each of them was registered on the Uber Eats app to become a courier, just like anyone.
Then, we equipped them with OMNI scooters, letting them test the product and hit the streets to make real deliveries.
To turn each delivery into a message, we designed custom over-bags with bold statements about mobility and
inclusion, meant to be seen and heard beyond the street.
We captured the action like an urban skate film: raw, fast, and on the ground. The footage was shared on OMNI’s
social platforms and instantly picked up by both mainstream and disability-focused communities.
Then, we released the content organically on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, no media budget, just truth.
The campaign took off on its own, powered by authenticity and a clear message:
Mobility is freedom.
