THE PULL turned online skepticism about discount tool brand PARKSIDE into a public challenge. When commenters mocked the tools as “cheap” (and therefore “weak”), we flipped the narrative and invited the community to bet on what a single discount drill could pull—until one question took over: Could it move an Airbus A380?
With TU Darmstadt supporting technical feasibility and science creator Niklas Kolorz guiding audiences through the build, the attempt culminated in a live event in a Lufthansa hangar in Munich on July 4, 2025—streamed across 8 countries.
One 12V cordless drill and a steel cable pulled a 315-ton Airbus A380 143 cm, setting an official Guinness World Records title—and turning a troll comment into proof-of-power entertainment.
