This project pushed beyond a traditional VFX pipeline into a continuous R&D loop -blending hyperreal visuals with surreal storytelling. The challenge: seamlessly portraying one heroine across two decades while preserving identity, emotion, and live performance. We built a hybrid workflow combining AI exploration with precise VFX craft - balancing innovation with control through parallel pipelines. Because in the end, it wasn’t about the tools. It was about the mindset.
