"The Making of a Monster" reimagined the standard press interview for Guillermo del Toro's Frankenstein. Instead of an off-camera reporter, the film's actors sat down beside the craftspeople and interviewed them about the work: Jacob Elordi with del Toro, Oscar Isaac with production designer Tamara Deverell, Mia Goth with costume designer Kate Hawley, and more. Two artists talking about what they built together. Through this experience, we were able to see the Actors becoming fans of themselves — highlighting their appreciation for elevated craftsmanship. Frankenstein went on to win three Academy Awards, all for craft.
