This was a brand film made up of just 2 things - soundbites and a great track. Finding those is a needle-in-haystack situation that can only be solved by perserverance. It began with a rough idea of having clips of Disney films relay the basic tenets of a story - "beginning, middle and end", etc. We found a LOT of them but it all felt a bit cold until we stumbled on the music. A simple piano piece that starts basic and builds wonderfully into something more grand. It gave life and new meaning to these clips and suddenly we found we could build something bigger than the sum of its parts. We still had to find the rest of those clips. After weeks of watching through content, searching for clips and wracking our own sketchy memories, we were able to put together the perfect cut that told the story of Disney+.
