Comprehensive Broadcast Experience
Formula 1 has always been defined by icons. From Senna, Prost and Schumacher to Hamilton, Verstappen, Russell and Antonelli, the drivers are more than competitors – they are personalities at the heart of the sport.
Our objective was to create a new Sky Sports F1 broadcast experience that puts those personalities centre stage, while bringing greater energy, colour and cohesion across every part of our coverage.
A simple graphic device became the foundation for an end-to-end broadcast experience, spanning show opens, branding, graphics and insert graphics, studio presentation, music and technology integrations. Inspired by the speed and movement of Formula 1, it creates a distinctive visual thread that connects the entire package.
Our opening titles follow the drivers through the race-day journey – from garage to grid to racetrack – capturing their individual personalities against a vivid, constantly evolving environment. The experience is amplified by an exclusive remix of Tate McRae’s Just Keep Watching.
At the centre of the broadcast is an extensive new graphics system, designed to make the complexity of Formula 1 clearer and more engaging for fans. From essential race information and live statistics to driver stings and data visualisation, the system creates one refined and responsive visual language, adapting to the colours and identities of every constructor.
The experience extends into our presentation. At every race, our on-site team broadcasts from the heart of the paddock, with a state-of-the-art touchscreen bringing analysis closer to the action. Back at Sky, immersive AR transforms the studio and brings the scale and spectacle of Formula 1 into the space.
One connected creative system, bringing the drivers, data, presentation and spectacle of Formula 1 together into a comprehensive new Sky Sports F1 broadcast experience.
