She fosters a symbiotic relationship between creative, brand and production, inspiring producers to give creative input and creative teams to get their hands in the making.

When not at the office, Kate spends time with her husband, daughters, and their dog Ringo as well as trying to find the courage to go running, tackle a crossword puzzle (no Google, sorry Google) or sit and count palm trees on the horizon.
