Every winter, flu cases spike. Everybody gets sick. So, Naldecon decided to make people aware by turning the most recognizable flu symptom into media: the nasal, stuffy voice.
“Stuffy Spots” was a contagious collaboration on Spotify. Naldecon partnered with Vanish and Olla and invited them to do something unusual: record their regular audio ads exactly as planned, but with a blocked-nose, flu-like voice.
Listeners first heard familiar brands with their voice-over artists sounding congested, in a really special performance. The scripts were unchanged, but the delivery was “sick”.
Right after these stuffy ads aired, Naldecon entered the sequence with a clear, healthy voice, highlighting how the flu can affect up to seven symptoms, including nasal congestion, and reminding people the best way to fight it.
