A one-of-a-kind outdoor installation designed to evolve over time, delivering an undeniable message: when organs aren’t donated, death saves no lives. This living billboard, made from real death certificates and microorganisms that slowly consumed them, was placed in the most iconic locations of the capital. The raw imagery and real-time decomposition process captured public attention, shifting the conversation on organ donation from the streets to people’s homes. What started as an urban intervention became a viral phenomenon with nationwide impact.
