We worked with iconic rapper AfroMan to rewrite and rerecord his iconic hit 'Because I Got High', to subvert its original meaning and dramatise The Runner's High instead of the high he sang about 25 years ago. In the spot we see everyday runners re-arranging their lives to chase that Runner's High, accompanied by the newly recorded lyrics. The fast-paced nature of the action juxtaposed with the slow melody of the song, added a humorous element to the piece that stands out the sporting category.
