The film is a metaphor for the confrontation between journalists and organized crime, where each "shot" can be a photograph or a bullet. A journalist is caught in the explosion of a car bomb. A crossfire begins. Some journalists respond with their cameras, facing the danger with the truth. On the other side, the criminals try to shield themselves with the very photographs that expose them, using the images as cover in a desperate attempt to avoid being seen.
The short film ends with a symbolic standoff: a journalist and a killer face each other. Both are aiming, one with a gun, the other with a camera. The "shooting" becomes a double act: one to reveal, the other to silence.
We hear the sound of the camera's shutter, then, louder and more deadly, the one who dictates the rules in a country where impunity reigns pulls the trigger.
