Suicide is the most common cause of death among young people in Norway, and in 2024 three in four suicides involved men. Only 15% of young men sought mental health help last year. To reach this target group and highlight the inner, invisible battles that many unfortunately fight completely alone, Youth Mental Health Norway organized «The Invisible Battle»: A secret hockey game between two of Norways biggest hockey teams.
